Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Time Frame

Once approved, the product must be shipped back within 5 days of return approval.
Failure to return the item within this period may result in cancellation of the return request.

Inspection and Approval

After receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it within 3–5 business days.
If the item meets our return criteria, the refund or replacement process will be initiated.

Refund Policy

Since Claire Gaming operates on cash on delivery only, refunds are processed as follows:

  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer, mobile wallet, or store credit, depending on customer preference and availability

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after return approval and inspection

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Replacement Policy
